As Time Goes On

A hour
A day
A month
A year
The longer your away from me
The more I miss you
But as time goes on
It gets easier

Harder
As your voice drifts away
On the breeze


Immortality

Every day
Just a passing moment
You sit
Watching time go by

That might be immortality
In reality
But in truth
It's not

If you jump
Into the chasm of nothingness
And make it out alive
You are truly immortal
